Trunk or Treat…
Consider Trunk or Treating This Year!
Nothing can beat the benefits! Lets see.. its safe, less walking, more interesting, and you can usually find trunk or treats at a church or mall near you. Personally, I would recommend a church. The people are more trustworthy and friendly. Oh yeah and you don’t have to deal with pets or pet droppings… or ditches. I guess not everybody has a problem with those though.
Anyway if you can’t find one in your area, try the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I know that most of the wards in my area do it and chances are that yours do, too. We don’t require membership or anything to participate, and you surely will have a great bunch of fun with a great group of people.

I live in Royal Oak, Michigan [Southfield Ward] and this year I am in charge of Trunk or Treat. Do you have any ideas/suggestions? I am excited about doing it but don’t know enough about it. Should we plan games for the kids? Do we serve refreshments to the adults? How did you advertise it to the Ward members? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tricia
